   From far away this is a pretty bed but the construction is a bit hit or miss. The staining on the wood is off and it’s scuffed in places. Not bad for the money but just doesn’t feel sturdy or well made.

   Looks really nice but installation is a nightmare. I ordered the same product twice and both times the brackets were bent which provides the primary stability of the frame. After the second time I resolved to getting the brackets fixed rather than trying to order a new bed for the third time. Still I am not sure if it is safe to use and hoping I do not have to take it apart soon. Update: More than 2 weeks later we haven’t received any feedback from the supplier on the damaged products we received. Would not recommend purchasing this bed due to quality and no customer support.

   Peace of crap. I ordered and was charged for a queen and received a full. No help from upholsteredbedframe.com. I decide to just deal with it, got it all out of the box and laid out to assemble, the second screw I got to the hole was stripped. No way to secure the leg to the headboard. Never ordering from this brand again

   Honestly bummed to be writing this review, and I’m hoping that my issue can be remedied soon. I ordered this bed frame and received it very quickly. I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of the materials, and I love the way this bed frame is designed. I think it would be a fantastic bed frame – except I wouldn’t know, because I cannot complete assembly. One of the footboard legs is missing the metal pieces which allow the side panel to slot into it securely. I have tried to contact the seller (and so has upholsteredbedframe.com) to get a replacement piece, but so far I’ve had no luck getting any sort of response. I’m disappointed, because I think this is probably a great product – if you get lucky enough to get all the proper pieces. If I can actually get the part replaced, then I’ll update my review accordingly!

   This bedframe is incredible. The wood is solid, sturdy, and the headboard is soft yet durable. I wanted a Scandinavian-looking piece, and this was perfect. It took only about a half hour to put together on my own. Fair warning: the box is large and heavy! But it’s worth it for the high quality you’re getting.

   I didn’t have a lot of expectations for this bed frame but it well exceeded my expectations. The backboard part is like a fuzzy texture that gives it an even more chic feel to it. The fuzzy part really makes the whole bed frame look very expensive and an overall really nice look! 100% recommend.

    It looks and feels luxurious but for a good deal. Super easy to put together and feels very sturdy. Goes perfectly with my beachy boho aesthetic. The wood color is really nice. This is the “oat” color and it goes really well with my decor.
