Assembly was so easy!!! When I got the boxes I thought this was going to be a PAIN! I started sorting the pieces while reading the directions and thought, “I’ll just put a few of these together real quick so it’s easier when I have a whole afternoon available to assemble it”. Those few pieces went so quickly that I put a few more together and then I could see how it was all going to work. My husband took a 30 min break from work and we had the frame completely together! All that was left was to attach the railing and the supporting beams and it was done! Maybe 2 hrs total between the two of us. And it’s super sturdy! Excellent value, awesome bed.

My husband attempted to assemble the bed. Usually I assemble furniture, but we had just moved and he felt like taking part in getting our son’s room together. I was thrilled he wanted to do it. About an hour into assembling the bed, he asked for help. I came in and did what he asked because he had already spent so much time on it, but before we put the railings on I realized, he had it all backwards. The sleigh was facing inwards, the railing wasn’t able to even attach to the frame and I said we needed to start over but he insisted that “no one would know it was backwards…”
Yeah, so I took everything apart and was able to follow the directions easily and put it together by myself in about 45 minutes.

Got the bed frame with slats. Unfortunately a piece was broken. I messaged the seller and they were very prompt with responding. They were unable to replace just the piece so they’re sending me a whole new bed and I get to keep the one that is damaged! They were willing to look into doing a refund, but they said it could take longer and I have a second child that’ll need a big kid bed in the next year so I opted for the new bed since the broken piece on the one I have isn’t structural.
I have a mattress in the frame with slats in and it fits great. Still lots of room between the top of the mattress and the side railings. It looks so cute and cozy too!

I am so glad to keep it. A few days before I thought about to return it. Because my husband heard from someone said that kind of the bed wasn’t safety for kids. But I let my 5 year old boy try it a few nights. This loft bed is perfect for a child, It is made really well too, so you don’t have to worry about it being wobbly or unstable. I definitely suggest having help putting it together. This is definitely a two person job! I love that it gives my son more space in his room and he feels like such a big boy with a bed like this.
