   Update: We contacted the manufacturers and they did offer to send us a new piece to the bed. Unfortunately, they said it would have 30 days to get here, which isn’t ideal. They also were trying to get us to take the broken piece to a “wood master” to get it fixed and they would reimburse us. They gave us a full refund in the end. When putting bed together, we followed all the directions and when the peg went into the head board the wood split. It looked like it was going to be a nice bed, disappointed it broke right on the front where you can see it.

   DON’T buy this bed. It is CHEAP CHEAP material. I dont know if Ill be able to return it because they are charging me $250 to send it back!!! More than what the bed is worth!

   TURNED OUT TO BE A VERY NICE BED FRAME, GOOD QUALITY. THERE WAS A MISSING PIECE, BUT COMPANY FIXED PROBLEM AND WE WERE ABLE TO GET BED PUT TOGETHER.

   Don’t expect it to come in good condition. Many parts out of the box had damage or scuff marks.

   Assembly is an absolute pain in the a**. If you’re a tradesman like me you will be raging at it the entire time because they give you a tiny alan wrench and 30+ screws and makenit impossible for you to use your own screws or tools.

   If you’re tight for money, good buy. Otherwise easy pass.

   I bought a twin and full size. My kids love them. Came piece by piece my first thought was it wasn’t going to be good. But it is real wood and not the pressed wood. It is very sturdy and worth the price. The full size took maybe an hour to put together but by the time we got to the twin we had it together within 20 mins. There is about 6 inches from floor to the side piece of frame. So if you wanted you could store shoes under the bed. Our full and twin mattresses fit these perfect.

   I bought this for my daughter for her bedroom she is so satisfied with it took about 60-120 minutes to assemble good quality not fake wood recommended 8-inch mattress we love it so much!
