Got this bed and when I started putting it together I realized a piece was missing. Reached out to upholsteredbedframe.com who connected me to the manufacturer and they sent out the part I needed immediately! Got it working days and my daughter is very happy with her princess bed! This bed is so cute in person! Exactly like the picture. Sturdy and mostly good materials. One flaw would be that the bolts will strip easily so just tighten slowly and you’ll be fine!
