Really like this murphy bed and would have been 5 stars if weren’t for one or both of the gas struts working as it’s meant too. With both struts on the bed would not stay down or close. We took one off since it was the holidays and we needed the bed to safely function for our guests. Although we did receive a partial refund for the inconvenience since returning wasn’t an option. I’m still searching for replacement gas struts or another way to keep it in the closed position safely when not in use so we can use the space for other things.
