Was very easy to put together. Looks great and my 11 year old really likes the frame. This is the second on I have purchased and no issues so far. Only issue I had was with packaging as the top of the headboard was slightly damaged in shipping but not to any degree the frame is unusable.

The company refuses to follow their policy of returns and replacement. The box arrived in a poor condition. I contacted the seller three times and they refuse to take the product back even if I am willing to return it to a drop off facility. Save your money and don’t trust this seller

Ok this might be long but it is my honest review.
Quality wise I would give this 2 stars, it comes from cheap press board and the posts can get damaged extremely easily. I had multiple parts either missing or damaged. I MESSAGED THEM and they sent replacements for everything. They listened to me when i noted that their instruction video was of the wrong bed frame, and made it right. If you have questions ask! They will go through everything. The main reason I am giving 3 stars is because there were problems to begin with, and quality (you pay for what you get). but their customer service is good
