The metal frame is solid. The queen bed is sturdy. The customer service is beyond fantastic. I will say the plastic wheels for the pull out bed are fragile and will break if you stand on the bed. All and all out of all the trundle beds this one is the best so far

The process of putting together was ok, but the end product was not.
I would return, but box was tossed out.

The LED’s are basically just a strip stapled to the frame. Mine was stapled to tightly, making it so the LED had spots where the lights didn’t work. I just removed the strip and the staples. Charger works and the frame is good otherwise. Instructions lack dimensions for placing the wood slats so have a measuring tape and be ready to do some math.

Good thing I can build things because otherwise I wouldn’t have known how to put this bed together. Informed the seller asking for possible digital instructions be emailed and no response. So I figured it out ptretty quickly and am happy overall with the quality, look, and functionality of this bed. My sons especially loves that he has drawers to store his dinosaur collection, a trundle for his sleepovers, and the light feature as a night light. Although the adhesive on the lighting could be better. If you’re new to putting furniture together I wouldn’t attempt as it can compromise the durability.
