   It came via fedex, in one large/heavy box. No damages. This took my partner and I (2.5) hours to assemble w/o breaks. The instructions were sufficient, however some of the large panels were not labeled but easy enough to figure out based on predrilled holes. One of the short bolts was missing, so will have to find a spare but we robbed one from the headboard ledge (as it’s easy to access soon later). It comes with the tools required for set up. It’s very sturdy, no squeaking or wobbling. The hydraulics work great. Going up is with more ease, as you don’t want it to come down too easy while you’re placing stuff under for storage. The back board is actually comfortable! My queen sized sealy memory foam mattress fits right with minimal gaps on sides. Does sit a little lower, but I’m used to have a box spring, but my memory foam mattress doesn’t require one. The beige color has a hue of grey, which I prefer. I genuinely think my investment was worth it. I can and will follow up if I find need to down the road. I have high hopes that I don’t.

   This bed is amazing with the plugs and ports in the headboard and the storage. I read the reviews about difficult assembly–I did not experience this. It was actually straightforward to assemble with standard tools and an electric screwdriver. It is nice, solid, sturdy and I am SO HAPPY with how it changes the whole room’s appearance and was just what we wanted.

   Simple nice frame and similar to other reviews I liked the top of the headboard with a space and charger and also the storage underneath. definitely don’t use a box spring for this, I saw many reviews with pictures showing a boxspring underneath and it doesn’t quite look the same, it’s meant to be a lower bed which I liked. Used a memory upholsteredbedframe.com basics mattress with a simple topper and it’s great, no box needed on top of the slats. 4 stars because it takes quite a bit of time to put together if you are one person and the instructions often felt like the pain of an IKEA closet booklet where you are trying to decipher parts and orientation forever. Guaranteed you will have to backtrack a step or two at least once. Also delivery was super late from quoted time. Overall good buy for the cost and in comparison to all the other similar options of these on upholsteredbedframe.com.

   1) It comes in one box and its HEAVY. King size bed is around 140 lbs, we ended up opening the box on the first floor and bringing all the pieces to the bedroom upstairs.
   2) The color is closer to greige or something like that. its a lot more muted than on pics, we have a grey upholstered bed and this bed is just a drop lighter and warmer in color
   3) Assembly took a long time, 2 adults put it together in about 3 hours. All we needed was a screwdriver and instructions are clear but there are a lot of pieces.
   Overall its a good bed, i liked that the slats are very easy to put in, which means replacing will be easy too. love the outlets and a mini shelf on top of the headboard

   I bought this for our guest room and have had several different guests stay with us since purchasing.
   The set up was very easy. My hubby and a friend were able to complete it in under an hour. All of our have told me the bed is great! They said it is very comfortable and the charging ports are in a great location. My 80yo parents said it’s the perfect height to get in and out of and up and down. My dad is a big guy 350lbs and he said he felt the bed was very sturdy and it didn’t feel wobbly moving around on it. As for the storage area, we have been able to “hide” a lot of things under there. The storage area is ample and easy to access. I would recommend this 100%

   Love the bed. Don’t love the customer service. Bought this in December, assembled. Hydraulics not working. We looked up videos and other reviews on the hydraulics and tried the troubleshooting. Still didn’t work. Sent a note to the supplier in December and asked for new hydraulics. They said they would ship them out…from overseas. It’s March 13th and we still don’t have them.

   This bed is for my guest bedroom and it works great in the space. I was needing more storage space and to be able to access it easy. It was not hard to put together. The instructions were very easy to follow. I did it by myself and being off a few months from shoulder surgery. All of the parts were there. Haven’t put a mattress on it yet but it seems sturdy. Love the color and material. Highly recommend. The only con that I have was FedEx delivery, they always deliver the boxes with holes in them. I don’t think I have ever received anything from them that didn’t look like they threw the box off the back of the truck. But thankfully this time the contents were not damaged.

   This product looks great, extremely practical if you’re living in a small apartment and you need storage space. Another thing is you have connections at the head of the bed for your phone your iPad anything you want to connect. I would recommend this bed to anybody. Assembly Needs to be done by somebody who reads instructions properly. My son was the one who put it up. He did great job and it took him approximately an hour.
