   The bed is a little difficult to put together by yourself, I would highly recommend at least 2 people with assembly and assistance since the box is extremely heavy. Once the bed is put together it looks great however the shocks that allow the bed to lift up and down are frozen and so not work. I have reached out to upholsteredbedframe.com for assistance but they said they can return the product for a new one but there is no way I am disassembling this bed. I wish I can just get new shocks so it’s easy to lift and hold the bed but I guess not…

   Took several hours to build to just find out the shocks do not work properly and the bed frame doesn’t go up nor down to access the storage. I contacted upholsteredbedframe.com support and they were not able to provide me with any of the manufactures details to request a replacement. Very disappointed in this item. The bed frame looks nice but the whole purpose is to have storage underneath. Not happy with my purchase.

   Bed is as photographed. Nicely tufted. Sturdy. I’m not used to no box spring as bed appears very low to the ground. The lift works well and is easy to use.

   Love the charge port. Hate that the struts don’t work. Multiple complaints from other people about the struts not working so i believe most of them don’t work. Otherwise it’s a great bed for the price.

   I have always had beds with storage draws but it isn’t always helpful since walls or nightstands may block access. We got this bed for my 7 year old son and it has been such a game changer. The lift is so smooth and easy with a full size memory foam on top. I love it way more than I thought I would, it makes vacuuming/cleaning around the bed super easy and also way easier to make the bed and tuck the sheets. The storage area is so much more useful in comparison to our beds with draws. I have all our extra pillows and large storage tubs of bedding, plus my sons extra toys/seasonal/unopened stuff I had stacked in closets taking up way too much room. I love this soooo so much. The only thing to take notice of is that it’s a little lower then standard beds so you may need a thicker mattress. Since we are using for a child it wasn’t a problem for us but for me I would want to be a tad higher.

   The bed frame was easy to put together. It didn’t take long with two people. Lifting up the bed with the strap is super helpful! It has decent storage underneath it. Best part is that our cats can’t go under the bed now and wake us up in the middle of the night by them being on their backs scurrying on the underneath of the bed like little monsters.

   My mom needed a new look in her room and this bed worked wonders! It’s durable, comfortable, has a spot to plug her phone in, and as an added bonus much needed storage! I think this was well worth the price ( which was on sale when purchased around Black Friday).

   This does take some patience to build and it’s easier with two people. The directions kind of are dumb but since my husband and I bought a similar one and had just put ours together it was a quick set up for hers.

   I want to start off positive, once the bed is together it’s a quality product and exactly what I was looking for BUT the assembly of this bed is by far the worst product I’ve ever built. SEVERAL directions are miss labeled, certain steps are all together not in the book, over half of the actual parts did not come labeled. I paid $330ish for the bed but me and my dad put in over 4 hours (8 hours collectively) of sweat equity. My father makes and reads blueprints for a living and has worked a hard blue collar job for 30+ years and this bed had him at his limit. I would not recommend this bed.

    This bed frame took a solid 2 hours to put together, but it was well worth it. My apartment is small and doesn’t have much storage. This was a perfect solution. Extremely happy with this purchase. Would recommend but make sure you have help putty it together. Definitely a 2 person job.
