    I’d honestly like a refund but I’m not gonna deal with all the extra stuff. I got this bed for my son for his birthday and the instructions just plain out suck. They don’t explain it properly on how to put it together, it’s confusing. The medal it’s made of is terrible honestly, I tried to move to its side to move it to the spot I wanted and it bent most of the medal, then some of the screws wouldn’t even fit properly into the spots they’re supposed to go in. It’s difficult don’t buy it. I’m getting my son something different from this, waste of money. I really wanted to like it too. I’m just being honest I’m sorry

    Bed frame bends easily, didn’t support the weight of a 19 and 21 year old. I would not recommend this bed frame especially for kids that are on the active side. The frame is made with cheaper metals and aluminum . The slants constantly fell out of place because they are measured and cut wrong. After a week or two the four post started bending inward.

    This frame is really high off the ground compared to the standard bed frame. You can slide short totes under with ease for storage. It was a challenge to get together but nothing that a regular person can handle with an assistant.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I get it it’s cheap but dang. There’s no instruction manual that you can follow. If you ain’t an engineer DONT buy. I basically had to put this together by trying all bolts in the hole. Some say that it goes in the hole but won’t fit so I had to use another bolt. ITS NOT HEAVY DUTY, it’s the most flimsiest piece of metal I’ve ever seen. And you won’t have enough bolts so be prepared to go to your local hardware store. Not a good product you genuinely get what you pay for

    Parts are not labeled, instructions are horrible. Once we figured out how it was supposed to go together, we realized that there were holes missing or in the wrong spots. In some cases there was a visible stamp where the hole should have been drilled but was only drilled in the other side of the piece, not all of the way thru. Also the description stated that the mattress would be slightly recessed into the frame to prevent slippage, this is not the case. Waste of money and time. Very frustrating. Returning to upholsteredbedframe.com. Would rate a zero if possible.
