The pieces came as if it was previous put together could be display im not sure but it left nasty marks along the white.

As well as the instruction pieces for the higher half of the bed were backwards.

Hard to install, holes not placed correctly, screws not labeled probably. Looks absolutely beautiful but as far as installment, I would not recommend….. too much of an hassle.
