   I like this bed very much and my son loves it too. The first package arrived with a major damage at the headboard, so we let the seller know and they sent a new bed within a couple of days later without asking for returning the original bed. The customer service is awesome.

   Part of the frame came broken. I contacted the seller right away and got a response that exact day. The next day they sent me my part. I love how quick they were able to help me. The assembly was super easy. Did all by myself. The bed was more than I expected. Both me and my daughter love it.

   This bed is super cute and very sturdy.
   The only problem was that the stickers labeling the hardware bags came off so the bolts/screws/etc were not labeled…some bags had multiple numbers and others had none, so we had to guess! It was kind of funny but my handy husband figured it out. The bed is so cute and my daughter was so surprised. Feels like quality wood so hopefully it holds up. I’ve laid on it with her several times and it seems very strong. (Bedspread, rug, and beanbag were also from upholsteredbedframe.com and match perfectly!)

   Can’t complain much for the cheap price just know that this bed is not going to last long term. The directions and materials were not labeled properly so that took extra time to figure out but not nearly as big a deal as the other cons. The middle of the bed has no support. The front and back legs are so skinny they cannot support the bed alone. When sat/laid on (by 2 year old) you can hear cracking noises. The paint job is terrible. There are places where there is no paint at all and others where it was slathered on and dried in chunks. Since we’re in the middle of moving it will have to do for now but we are already planning on going to an actual furniture store to buy a more solid and sturdy bed. Didn’t even bother adding any more photos since there’s so many things wrong with it it would have taken too long to upload. If you’re in a pinch it will do temporarily. Again for the cheap price you can’t expect much quality. Also I added an 8 inch mattress and it’s not tall enough for the headboard so there is a noticeable gap.
