   I paid to much money for these beds only to receive them and tried putting it together to realize a lot of the pieces was not cut evenly to fit into position and I wasn’t given enough screws to put the product together and it took a week to get it done. Although I love the end results I’m was still unsatisfied with the struggle of trying to put it together and would greatly appreciate if I can have some of my money back for it.

   I had two teenagers who needed to share a room for a few months, so we got this. I put it together without too much difficulty and it seemed reasonably solid. One thing to be aware of is that the top and bottom bunks don’t actually attach; you’re supposed to screw the top bunk to the wall, and it feels pretty unstable if you don’t. I’d say it still rates 4 stars, given the price.

   My husband and I purchased this bed for two of our children. We received the bed a week early, which we were so happy about. When the bed arrived we noticed the boxed were a but damaged, but thought it was damaged during delivery. That is until we opened one of the boxes. 14 bolts were rolling around the inside of the box because the bolt box had been opened. Every metal piece of The bed-frame was dirty with a brown sticky substance and scratched in multiple places. There are a bunch of parts that have labels to them, so I don’t know which piece belongs to which set. Clearly this bed had been used. I am very unhappy with this purchase.

   I bought two of these and returned one after spending way too much time assembling the first one. Not a simple build. If you bought this and you’re about to give up, here’s a tip. When you get to the point where you have to put all the metal slats into the holes in the side rails, use one of the other metal rails you haven’t used yet under all the slats to lift them an inch off the ground and line them up in the position where they can be put into the side rail openings, and put the other side rail against a wall to keep it straight and in place. Took me a while to figure that out and I wasted a lot of time playing whack-a-mole with the slats. Super annoying. They should have given some tips on how to do that in the instructions. The loft bed is also very high up and feels unstable. Definitely have to secure it to a stud. Not impressed at all by this bunkbed or the assembly.

   We purchased this for our nine-year-old son, and he loves it! There is very little squeaking and seems pretty sturdy. It was a little bit difficult trying to put together but once we figured it out it was fine. Would recommend.
