   It feels very sturdy and looks nice and sleek. It took me 4 hours to build by myself but I did start late at night so it may be faster if you have more energy. Definitely would be better to build with some help – which I think is recommended. Definitely worth the price!

   It was simple to assemble, came with everything needed to assemble, including a cute little hammer, and had extra plastic pieces for holding the slats in place. It absolutely does not squeak or move on carpeting, but might move on hard surfaces. The mattress does tend to sink into the outside slats, something that could be remedied with a thin piece of cardboard or a heavy dust ruffle, and the corners do extend beyond the edge of the mattress but I haven’t run into it. There is plenty of storage underneath. I recommend it. For reference, we are medium weight people and use it 5 nights a week.

   It’s true to its description! Took no more than 5 minutes to assemble and it’s shockingly very sturdy. It also might look like your mattress could slip around on it which is my only small issue with it. But if you just put your bed against a wall you shouldn’t have too many issues. The feeling and quality of it is also very nice. I highly recommend if you don’t feel like going to an Ikea and building a frame for over an hour haha.

   I originally ordered two bed frames: one full and one queen. We assembled the full with no problems but as we were finishing assembling the queen, we noticed there were 2 of the same pieces (#9), instead of a #8 and #9. At first I called the company, Linsy, but was unable to get through so I called upholsteredbedframe.com and explained the situation. All I wanted was a replacement part but upholsteredbedframe.com said they would replace the entire bed frame. At first the offer was very appealing, however it would take over a week to receive it. Unfortunately, I was moving my elderly parents into a new home in a couple days so the week time frame was not conducive. In lieu of my situation, they refunded me the full amount. In the meantime, I reached back out to Linsy and explained the situation yet again in hopes of receiving a replacement part. A representative responded to me within 24 hours asking for pics of the duplicate parts. Within 2 days, I received a brand new queen bed frame. I was extremely pleased with the support I received and the efforts made from both Linsy and upholsteredbedframe.com. We are all very satisfied and love the new beds. Thank you all for your attention in this matter.

   The bed arrived with the shipping box in fine shape but upon opening I found the headboard had multiple cracks at on end. Contacted Linsey but they said it wasn’t their problem since it was purchased from upholsteredbedframe.com. upholsteredbedframe.com was good and offered an exchange (rebox all the pieces) or a partial credit. I chose the credit and glued the headboard cracks. Multiple pieces for each of the headboard (3), side rails (4) and footboard components, along with the four legs. Lots of fastener parts to connect all the pieces. It took over two hours to assemble using a power drill/driver. Once assembled it does feel sturdy. It looks as expected, except a slight blemish at the headboard repair. I was disappointed by the vendor response to an obvious manufacturing defect but upholsteredbedframe.com made it a decent value with the partial refund.

   The hardware mine came with feels like it’s made of plastic. I’m unable to tighten anything without risk the bolts would strip or snap, so all the pieces wiggled. The bed frame itself looks and feels like it could be sturdy but i can’t finish putting it together due to all the broken hardware.
