Still have not heard back. Entire bed had multiple spots where it does not screw together or the screws won’t come back out making it near impossible to return. It also has a large brown circles on it and looks like it may have been used and ruined but still sent to us. If not it was just badly made. This is the first time Ive had a issue with a product we built and not heard back. We took several videos and reached out but have gotten no response. I was really excited about this bed and like it a lot but it’s been a waste of money for me so far. Hopefully they correct this issue.
