   The frame came in a very heavy box. Was easy to assemble. The slats just sit in the metal groves of the frame. I wish the manufacturer would have an anchor for the metal bars. They easily fall out when positioning the mattress on the frame. There is plenty of clearance under the bed to store objects.

   We purchased the 14″ California King size. After years of box springs and flimsy frames we finally have a real bed frame. Does not make noise. Stays put when you’re moving around. The mattress fits down into the frame than merely sitting on the very top. Picture shown with No box spring. The box we received was new and had never been opened. All parts were there including the tools. Assembly was a breeze. We decided to use a bed skirt to cover the space at the bottom. Are ordering another one same size. Has brackets already in place and attached to frame for a headboard. Doesn’t include the bolts and nuts and washers needed to attach headboard. When putting frame together, Need to leave the tightening of all the bolts till they’re all in place and frame assembled. This is the best frame available on the market as far as I know. Corners hurt when bumped by feet toes and legs. We are installing corner guards to make it safer. This frame is worth the money.

   I’ll just be repeating what other positive reviews have written, but it is fairly easy to assemble even though the instructions are pretty much nonexistent, don’t over tighten the bolts, and it’s very sturdy, no movement or squeaking, I’m happy I got the 14 inch model as the 18 inch would feel like bunk beds to me. I’m very happy with it. Just what I wanted and it works great for my needs. I was able to ditch my old box spring and bed frame, and replaced them both with this. Looks nice and plenty of room underneath my bed for storage. My queen mattress fits perfectly in the frame structure, which has an approximately one inch deep lip surrounding it so the mattress doesn’t slide around. I would definitely purchase again and I probably will for my daughter’s bed.

   I LOVE the frame… in build and concept. I HATE the outside design. GOOD POINTS – Very sturdy, definitely holds my mattress and myself more securely than my previous, easily broken, box spring and frame. Durable build. BAD POINTS – an absolute nightmare for anyone prone to stubbing toes, or kicking their legs into the frames. Good lord, horrible. In the time I put it together, through getting ready for bed, a time frame of around 3 hours total, I stubbed my toes on the legs, and kicked my legs into the frame corners no less than 10 times (I stopped counting, as the cursing got worse). I understand why it’s designed the way it is, but it’s a nightmare. And anyone getting up “blind” in the night, is sure to hurt themselves regularly. This is not an insult on this company, but on the design in general for anyone who makes this style of bed frame. See attached photos to get the better visual of how far out the legs and corners stick out. Thank God the metal edges are rounded, but that really makes no difference at all. Since I do love the bed frame itself, I’m going to try to figure out the fix to this. Either foam or rubber cushions for the corners and legs, or a wood paneling to go around the outside (which would give it a nice raised bed appearance). 5 Stars for the frame. Minus 2 stars for the injuries I got, and will continue to get.
