I needed a temporary twin bed but wanted to easily get use out of it later so Daybed is a perfect option. This bed is beautiful and seems to be very sturdy and I love it!! The only issue I had was assembly, the instructions were extremely hard to understand and you’ll need a lot of space and at least 2 people plus Several hours to kill. Thank goodness it’s exactly what I wanted and seems to be a fine quality piece of furniture. I guess time will have to tell me about durability of course.

I have cats and a dog and they are too rough on upholstery for it to last so I prefer days beds instead of couches. This day bed was easy to put together (although two pieces were mislabeled, it wasn’t hard to deduce which they actually were). Some of the paint chipped around the screws when I put it together but an oil-based paint sharpie touched it up nicely. Other than the paint chipping, I am so far immensely pleased. The sides and back are higher up than my old day bed and it supports the mattress in a more comfortable manner making it all around more cozy. It’s also a little longer and roomier than my old frame and seems much sturdier.
I disassembled the old day bed and put this one together in an afternoon by myself so it was nice that it didn’t take all that long like some furniture can during the assembling process.
