The Good: Was looking for this style bed for our young son’s room that he can grow into. The finish is really beautiful and I love the classic look. The bed construction is sturdy so we are able to climb in and read with him. We are using it with a bed bumper for now so he doesn’t roll out, but the bed itself is not too far from the ground – apx 10.5 inches from bottom of the frame. I bought a standard twin size 6″ memory foam that fits the bed well. The bed was easy enough to assemble. Took my very skilled husband about 45 minutes to assemble (with a toddler “helping.”) The Bad: Bed arrived damaged (several small cosmetic dings that could be hidden), but also the screws that came with the bed are a different size than the holes on the headboard and footboard (see last photo). Bed did not include stickers or caps to conceal the exposed wood. Overall I am happy with the product and it is a great price, but think they need to source another screw size or include some way to cover these screw holes.

Shipped very fast! My husband put it together by himself in an hour. Works perfectly for our toddler. Seems good enough quality for a young child, looks great too! My husband said the only issue he had was that the bolts didn’t fit well and he had to muscle them in a bit. Otherwise completely happy with the purchase!

UPDATE: We had purchased two beds and waited until our other daughter got a little older before putting her bed together. The bolts absolutely didn’t fit and we ended up having to buy some from the local hardware store that were a poor substitute. We let the company know based on the customer service information in the instruction manual. The company shipped us the correct bolts very fast! Less than a week later we already had their package with the correct parts and even a few to help out in case we had other issues. Really didn’t expect such a quick return! Very impressed! Would definitely recommend to anyone worried about it 🙂 while we fell into the 1/2 being a good set, the company quickly made up for it and now we have two wonderful beds!

Bought this bed frame in June for my 7 year old. It came without the side rails to hold the mattress. Contacted the company and they sent them fairly quickly. Decent looking, cheap bed. Fast forward 4 months: the frame broke today when my son got in bed. No, he doesn’t jump on the bed. He sleeps in it and that’s it. If you look at the pictures, it is broken right in the center. The wood in that part is pieced together under paint. Pretty disappointed.

I was able to put this together by myself in about 2 hours. The directions are pretty easy to understand even though they are just pictures. I love the way the pieces were labeled when putting it together. Only bumping a star because I feel it is a bit overpriced for the quality, you can still see the wood color under the white and one of my pieces came slightly cracked.

I purchased this bed as my toddler’s first “real” bed. I assembled the bed myself, and I found it to be fairly simple and straightforward. One person can put it together, but having a second person would be helpful when attaching the rails. I took a star away for “easy assembly” because I was missing one of the hardware pieces, so I had to make a trip to the hardware store. Overall, I like the bed and am happy I made the purchase.

Got this for my toddlers big boy bed after transitioning from his floor bed. I will say it took me and one other person 3 hours to build. Some parts are very difficult to assemble without a drill. Some of the screwed are exposed which doesn’t look the best… but it does its job.

Update: the bed has completely broke underneath and is no longer safe to sleep in. I’ve had it for less than 6 months. This is a small 2 year old sleeping in the bed and I occasionally lay with him to put him to sleep… not sure how that happens.

This was supposed to be a full sized white wood platform bed with foot & headboard. I received 3 long pieces of white wood 3 2/2” wide & 3 long pieces of natural wood 3” wide. No headboard, no footboard, not enough pieces for the box frame, not enough slats, no feet, no hardware or instructions. Total racket

The parts I did receive were nice. The runners never arrived. Waited 10 days to get the bed. Didn’t feel like waiting another ten for a set of runners. So I made my own. This bed is now ready to hold an adult. The four legs are real solid wood, which is nice. If you get all the parts, this would make a real nice bed for a kid. Wouldn’t trust as a bed for an adult.
