I was gifted this bed frame as a housewarming present. It was past 30 days after purchase when I finally was able to move in to my new space and start assembling this bed. Welp, unfortunately there was 1 piece (out of the many) that was broken on the end. I reached out to the seller with crossed fingers, since I knew I was past any return window. The customer service I received was absolutely outstanding. They went above and beyond to assist with the issue and I was more than pleasantly surprised!
Beyond that, the bed looks amazing and is nice and sturdy. It is going to help with storage in my rather small space.

It’s poorly made. The quality of the wood isn’t so great. the fact that some of the holes did not alinie made it difficult to assemble.
The shelves either were too short.. and if they are long enough they were not even so there are shelves that stickout slanted.
The headboard is cardboard, so thin that it makes hallow sound whe you touch it.
There were danaged areas too..
Anyway i saw this exact bed in wayfair for almost doubled the price but I bought the one on upholsteredbedframe.come so I guess I got what I paid for. I really wish I took my chance with wayfair… wayfair had no shipping fee but upholsteredbedframe.come charges $169 even for a prime member. So I ended up paying almost the same price as Wayfair cost.
If I had bought it for an adult, I wouldn’t keep it cause it isn’t sturdy but it can handle my child for the next two year. There’s no comparing to the bed rooms etc I got many years ago.
The bed I sleep in is 17 years old and good as new.

This piece lasted us less than 3 months before the bottom was broken and the drawers were also broken. It takes quite a bit of time to assemble and is just not worth the price. I was hoping it would last but within a year it had to be taken down. Super disappointed. This was not due to neglect but cheap material.

The holes don’t line up, so you must drill your own. The instructions are terrible. It took over 5 hours on the first day and another two on the second. I recommend paying more and getting an easier bed to build. In addition, there was a broken support beem for the drawers, so it doesn’t slide properly.
