Our baby grows up fast, and he can now almost walk independently. It is time for him to have his own bed, but he cannot sleep alone yet. Hence, we are searching for something in transition.
This house bed has a trundle, so I can sleep beside him. The bed has a tall house-shaped roof, and we plan to put a mosquito net on it, together with some decorations hanging on the wooden frame (which is sturdy and of very good quality). The trundle has four wheels. Drawing it out is effortless and smooth.
The structure of this house bed is quite simple, so its installation is easy, given that I have my husband helping me hold the parts during the assembly. One thing to note is that the package does not include mattresses, so we are going to buy two that fit the frame. Another thing to note is that the roof of this house bed is quite tall. It provides ample room for our baby to play. Nonetheless, it is important to assemble it inside the bedroom because the roof is taller than the bedroom door. It is fine to assemble the trundle elsewhere, as it is separate.

Not the best bed but good for the price. I put it together myself, pretty easy. It is used for a 7yo and a 5yo. You will need to tighten the screws over time but not a big deal. The trundle works fine. Get good quality mattress if you don’t want the wooden slats to break.

We bought for my 5 year old daughter as a big girl bed but noticed the canopy portion had some paint damage. It seems quite squeaky due to cheaper materials but it serves the purpose and she loves it. Haven’t gotten a mattress for trundle but it can also double as a storage location

My son loves this bed and the trundle bed has been great. My sons rolls around a lot in bed so we have the trundle bed out a bit in case he falls out and we just use a pool noodle under his sheet on the edge to help keep him in. It has also worked great for when his cousins sleep over or for the second parent to join in at bed time. The wooden slats underneath the trundle bed are not very sturdy so we try to avoid walking on it which is hard to get in and out of the bed when it’s out. The top wooden slat is quite thin and flimsy and can’t hold a swinging child which the product does state. That being said our child is very active and having bars to grab onto and swing from right in front of him is just too tempting. They have held up so far.

Never did I imagine that this house bed is actually really tall. The design is nice and the white color matches the room. The game changer here for me is that it’s also a trundle bed which is very cool considering the fact my nephew and niece stays at my home over night there is an extra bed for him/her. Just pull the bottom out. This bed is very sturdy and assembly was very easy.

Both of my kids wanted this bed (5yo girl 7yo boy) and we are very pleased. It is very easy to put together but very sturdy. My son loves that he can put up blankets on the canopy part and make a fort and my daughter loves that she can put it up and make it look like a princess bed. Great buy!
