    The directions for the full bed were very easy and all the parts were there. I highly recommend this bed product. It only took 6-7 hours to put it together. Mind you I was mainly doing the work myself. In the main photo I haven’t put in the shelves, but they do work. And the drawers are great. One note, for spots that don’t have holes for the screws to go into, I recommend drilling pilot holes to save you time. Anyways, highly recommend.

    I’m satisfied with my purchase. It took me about 3 hours to assemble alone (I assembled and watched Netflix :)) The quality is good for the price, very sturdy. There’s only 2 things, the slats that go across the frame that hold the mattress are too short by about 1/4 of an inch. You have to really center them and even then you barely have enough space to screw them down. On the side I did first, all went well but the second side there was not enough space and the screw went through the wood. Hope that makes sense. And also the drawers aren’t attached to anything and just sit there. Overall I like the bed!

    I recently bought this Queen Storage Bed for my daughter, and I regret it. From the moment we opened the boxes, we could tell it was poorly made. The paint was damaged right out of the box, which is unacceptable for a new product, especially at this price point. The bed and shelfs feel flimsy, like it wouldn’t last long with regular use. The overall workmanship is just lacking—nothing feels sturdy or well-built. I was really hoping this would be a great addition to her room, but now I’m just wishing I had spent my money elsewhere. Definitely not what I expected, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Very disappointed.

    The middle pieces where the mattress lays on need more support. They’re too thin and I barely went to sit on it and one cracked. The frame is good but the middle wooden supports need more support or they will crack unless you take extreme caution sitting on the bed.

    Customer service was great and helped with resolving the issue!
