From the Mrs. This bed had just the “look” that we were after. We didn’t want the modern look & the outrageous price that a lot of furniture stores offer. We wanted more of a “Victorian” look. And we just didn’t have luck to find what we wanted at Goodwill or on Facebook. So, we were thrilled to be able to get this. We were able to follow the picture directions just fine – but there was a problem with one of the pieces – we contacted the seller & they were so great to go over & beyond to make it right. We have been disappointed with so many places nowadays with their customer service. But these sellers are the BEST!!!! I would not hesitate to buy this bed or other things that they offer. We are so thankful to them!!!! Wish them much success!!! I would not hesitate to do business with them again!!! I will try to post pictures – when I have my dream room complete!

This bed was very easy to assemble with two people working together. Tools are included so you can just open the box and go. I ended up purchasing a metal frame to sit inside the wooden outside part because it was difficult for me to get a sense of what the weight limit for the bed actually was. When it all arrived there are a lot of slats so I am not sure that the metal frame was needed. The only issue was that one of the finials was badly dented. Not worth returning from my perspective but surprising given how well the bed was packed .

In the first two weeks the platform of the bed broke. It’s cheap pine and doesn’t hold. Don’t buy it.

The pre-drilled holes weren’t drilled in far enough, had to re-drill ourselves. It’s cheap, and flimsy. The middle supports just completely fell out 5 minutes ago. I already wasn’t happy with it but this was the last straw. I’m begging you not to buy this.
