   I am very satisfied. I ordered the XL twin of this bed frame. It arrived promptly on the stated date. I had it assembled in under an hour, by myself, including putting the mattress and linens on, very easy assembly. I feel this was a fair value for the cost. Not all welds are pretty, but none are unsafe or unsightly. The powder coating is thin and I surface scratched it putting it together but not to bare metal. I am lying on it now and do not hear any squeaks or rattles and it feels very sturdy. If I find any issues or my guests report them I will update. By the way I am over 50, weigh over 150, and my hands are not as strong as they used to be and I still found assembly easy.

   Love this bed. It looks so nice when put together. The instructions were easy to follow. It feels quite sturdy and I believe it will last us for years. I love the height which is perfect to fit storage totes under the bed. We have little storage space in our home and this is great option to be able to store things under the bed.

   This bed was easy to put together. My two teenagers and I had it done in about an hour. It came in great condition. It’s a painted metal bed and it had one piece that had a slight chip on it but we put it in the back so no one can see it. We thought the directions were easy to read and follow. My husband is tall but has short legs so over time he may have to get a step stool to get in. Haha. We can store all our off season. Clothes underneath the bed with no problems. We have had it for a few months and it hasn’t started squeaking. Our mattress is very comfortable but a change going from box springs to a platform bed. Our dog can still jump up on it but a small dog would have some trouble. We did put some felt on each leg to make it easy to move around on our wood floor and it has been easy to move. When you add pillows, you cannot see the headboard but that doesn’t matter to me. The bed is great and the mattress doesn’t move which I was worried about when we got it because there was no lip to help keep it in place but never a problem. If you don’t mind a tall bed I’d recommend this to anyone.

   It’s squeaky… maybe we just get busy a lot, but it’s definitely noisy. Going to try to reassemble with locktite and see if that helps.

   It came a couple days early so that was nice. It didn’t take too long to put together, but we have a drill bit for this so it saved some time not using the Allen wrench. I could have sworn it was supposed to be silver but it was black. It still looks good in our room though, so I am not going to complain about that. Lots of room underneath. You could fit a jumbo suitcase under there. I tried to take a picture showing the storage space but the upholsteredbedframe.com app was being annoying so just the one of it all put together with a California King bed on the frame.

   I would buy it again. It feels very stuffy and we are big people. So there is that too.

   The bed was well packaged with clear diagrams that made it easy to assemble, and everything goes together with the hex key (Allen wrench) included in the hardware package. In less than 2 hours I unpackaged, inspected all the parts and laid them out, disassembled my old bed, assembled the new one, put the mattress in place, and made the bed. For reference, I’m a nearly 70 year old woman and I did it all without any assistance. I love the height of this bed as well as the 16″ clearance under it! I already had a bed that was the same height and under-bed clearance, but I missed having a headboard and the design of my bed did not easily accommodate adding one, due to its rounded outer legs with a couple screw holes on the inside of the legs. I just couldn’t find brackets that would fit. After much searching, I found it was cheaper to just buy a whole new bed and I’m happy I found this one. The only thing I would change is to add some mattress retaining brackets to prevent the mattress from slipping as you get in and out of the bed. I just ordered some from another vendor, but had I known they might be necessary, I would have ordered them the same day I ordered the bed so I could have assembled everything at once. I’m giving a 5 star rating anyway, because the bed itself is well made, sturdy, and quiet. And since there are a number of different styles of mattress retaining brackets on the market for under $20, it makes sense to buy the ones you like best.
