Was shipped several weeks ago, just put together last night, ups driver didn’t think I would except it because it was beat up. But nothing looked broken or hanging out of the box which was very heavy, had to use my two wheeled dolly to move it. All pieces were intact and present. Instructions were ok at best, if someone isn’t very good at putting things together they should stay away from this, took about 4 hours but I went slow and followed the instructions exactly and made no mistakes. Very nice bed, very strong and supportive in the center. If using a box spring its kind of tall. We love it and my granddaughter will love the led lights. Two thumbs up 👍👍.

Chipped when we got it. Pictures are backwards which makes it hard to assemble. Also multiple holes were stripped. The outlet is loose because of the stripped holes. Instructions are just pictures (which were print backwards) no words nothing. Had to reassemble multiple times because of the crappy instruction’s.
