Extremely difficult to put together instructions didn’t help at all ended up having to look at pic from order i made. Love the bed look. Also we didnt receive any slats at all. Needless to say after spending my one and only day off putting this together sucked. Shouldn’t of taken that long i would not buy again. And on top of all that her twin mattress didn’t even fit

I have never encountered anything like this. The instructions are 3 images that don’t actually instruct you on anything. Basically none of the holes are drilled big enough or the end of the longs aren’t trimmed small enough. I don’t know which, but no amount of mallet pounding or twisting will get these to go in. I am having to pay a carpenter to come adjust all of the logs and holes. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Midwest Log Furniture was excellent and delivery was prompt. The bunk beds met my expectations and I look forward to years of use. My only discouragement was that I found them through upholsteredbedframe.com and paid a total of $225 extra for my purchase. The bunk beds were priced $100 higher in upholsteredbedframe.com than if I had ordered them direct from Midwest Furniture plus I paid $125 extra for shipping where Midwest offered free shipping. I will be more careful in the future when ordering anything on upholsteredbedframe.com.
