   I did some review checking before purchasing this frame. There were mostly good so I decided to give it a try. I can say I’m fairly new to putting things together. This is my 3rd item. I can say if your good with just pics you’ll do fine. The pics were self explanatory and easy for me to put it together. The side rail was the beginning. Very frustrating for a bit lining things up including the screws with a little jiggleing I was able to get the screws in. The right side was easier and lined up without to many problems. And yes don’t tighten everything up until it’s together was helpful. A couple of pieces I couldn’t tell if the ment it goes a certain way from the inside or outside woruld have been helpful. Other than that. I had it together by myself in about 5 hrs including the headboard, which took some thinking and a chair to hold it up on one side while I got one side partly on. I am happy with my purchase.

   This is honestly one of the best purchases I’ve ever made, it’s easy to assemble and the design is nice 👌 I prefer to sleep with the bed against the wall and always had a problem with the matress pushing away while we sleep and the edges hold it in place stopping this problem all together. 10/10⭐️

   The quality is average, Assembly wasn’t particularly difficult. In the pictures from the seller the Headboard looks like it just slides up and down. It does not. You’d have to pull it away from the wall and remove/adjust everything. So if you were planning on sliding it up to watch tv and then slide it back down to sleep think again. Also, I knew it sat low because there’s no box Spring with this setup but with a normal memory foam mattress it sits 14.5″ (36.8cm) off the ground so hopefully you’ve got good knees. (In their pictures they have it on a raised platform and take the picture almost level with the bed so it appears a little taller.

   One of the supports was wrong, too long. I requested the correct one be sent and was told that wasn’t going to happen and to send the entire bed back……after I have it all set up. It took over 2 hours to build. It fits in the box in a very specific way, with all the parts and cardboard just so in the box. There’s zero chance I’ll get this back in the package properly.

   Since the part was too long I’ll just cut it shorter and reattach the plastic end cap myself since the manufacturer will not support their product.

   I’ve been doing customer support in one way or another most of my career and this kind of response would have got me into a lot of trouble, and rightfully so. Just shameful.

   The bed itself is fantastic otherwise. Very well built and looks amazing.

   The bed is perfect but not easy to assemble there are velcro and the instructions doesn’t tell you which way the go. I had to un assemble the bed, after all it was perfect
