   I did a lot of research before landing on this specific frame. I pulled it out of the box and it had several scrapes and scratches and appeared to be used but seemed to be cosmetic. And hey, it is possible it could have been damaged during shipping. Since I had already taken apart my old frame decided to stick with it. Imagine my dismay when I had completely assembled it and can not get the last wheel on. So here I am at 12:30 am after a LONG day at work resorting to sleep on the sofa because I can’t bring myself to take it apart and reassemble my old frame tonight. At this point, I’m convinced this frame was defective and returned only to be resold without ensuring necessary repair. But maybe I’m just tired.

   The frame arrived with the box torn open, scratches on the frame, the hardware bag torn open, and nuts, bolts & washers everywhere.
   A few of the washers and bolts were missing as were the 2 feet for the center support bar.
   I assembled it anyway only to find out that it’s not square. The bottom of the frame is 2.5” wider than the top so it will not securely support the box spring and will not allow me to attach a footboard. It’s going back

   It took me 2 days of staring at ridiculous picture instructions before I realized the bed was not actually missing pieces. Once assembled, none of the six feet meant to attach to the bed legs fit. The feet to the two bracing legs did not even reach the floor and just dropped off. That’s because the four cheap plastic casters did not properly fit the bed legs. they would only insert about half an inch, then bent and popped off when the bed was sat or lain on. A complete waste of time and money.
