We compared several different options. We Decided on this one. I’m so glad we did. Great bed frame. My husband and son put it together fairly easily. I think it’s a great buy and a great frame.

When I bought this bed, it said max weight was over 700 pounds. Now it says 1.2e^3 which is about 24 pounds. After 6 months I noticed the bed was getting wobbly so I pulled the mattress up and found that most of the cros beams were bent. I normally sit on the bed when I put my son to sleep. I weigh 210 pounds and my son weighs 30. Way under weight but this crappy bed still cannot hold it. Do not recommend at all. Especially with changing the listed weight. This is on upholsteredbedframe.com too for allowing a 1.2e^3 as an acceptable max weight.

First bad review is on me. I wish seller would make the picture of a twin bed not bigger. Yes my fault on not reading it all the way. Oh well just ordered a twin mattress . But Pain in butt to put together overall 4 out of 10. We had to bend the frame to try and get the screws in for the headboard area.

Building this bed was a journey. I’ve been sleeping on it for almost a week and testing it making sure it’s solid and doesn’t squeak. It holds up great, very sturdy as the frame, rails to hold the mattress are metal. It’s a very heavy bed. Setting up the led lights was as creative as I’ll ever be.. the instructions on that weren’t as clear, but I got it done.

My son loves the bed, especially the LED lights of course LOL. My only complaints are one part was extremely too hard to figure out how to put together and others have made note of this and review so I don’t know why they haven’t done something to make it easier for the customer to put it together. Better instructions or just have it put together in the box. My other complaint is one of the screws on the side of the frame would not tighten, but it did not cause any significant problem other than I had to put something in there to make it screw in tight, but the bed is very nice. Very sturdy and I presume it will probably last for years even with the child yes, I would recommend buying this bed.
