    Compared to 3 other modular bed frames of similar style and construct, I would say this is the least preferred model/vendor. Welds at tube joints are carelessly done and “finished” by a quick angle grind. Toe to headboard frame connection only exists at the left and right most extremities: no third point of anchor to prevent the frame skewing out of square. Assembly fasteners lack washers. Headboard is by no means sturdy – requires additional backing to prevent the frame from sagging against the wall when you’re sitting upright and reading, for example. All said, this frame won’t last a second install nor any rearranging – I would not recommend.

    We ended up getting this full metal frame after our wooden one literally broke under the weight of our whole family – me, my husband, and our two boys! It collapsed while we were all sitting on it (yes, we all fell – lesson learned!).

    This metal frame is a huge upgrade. It’s sturdy, strong, and holds up well, even with all of us on it. Assembly took a bit of time since there were a lot of pieces, but the instructions were clear and everything fit together well. I also love that it sits high enough to store bins or boxes underneath, which is a big plus for our space.

    Highly recommend if you need something durable and family-tested!

    I searched for a while before buying. This bed had what I was looking for as far as price and style. After reviewing the product details I decided to be the first to buy and give it a try! It’s definitely higher than other platform beds that I’ve had which came as a pleasant surprise. There is ample storage space under. It took my boyfriend about 2 hours to put together including taking our old bed down and cleaning the floor before putting this one up. It is very sturdy! Makes my mattress feel brand new ! I have a 12 or 14 inch mattress I don’t remember I’ve had it a while from Wayfair and it’s more comfortable than it ever was on my last frame! I am very satisfied with this purchase and I got it on a GREAT deal at 109$ . I love it! Sleeps very nicely.
