Be prepared the box is heavy! Its of decent quality. I would love it more if the correct pieces were there! Still waiting for a headboard piece and its been a month emailing back and forth with the company. They said fed ex wasnt picking it up so they resent it urgent. Now they stopped emailing back. They have drug it on so long that the return window thru upholsteredbedframe.com is closed and I have to reorder the whole thing to take the piece I need out and return it. What a headache! (1st email contact to company Feb 18th)
Edit: They replied asking me to wait 3 more days and offered $10 refund. (March 15th.)
Edit: The headboard piece arrived (March 21st) I can finally use the bed. I was given a refund/credit because of the headache.
*If someone is missing piece #3 I have 2 of them…
