   This is just as described. The fabric is a linen-like lovely shade of dark gray. It is very sturdy. This bed looks and feels just like beds sold at high end stores. It came cafully packaged, and was very easy to put together. It is a little lower the my previous bed, and the box springs are exposed, so you will need a box spring cover. I am very satisfied with my purchase, so much so, I purchased the matching bench.

   The bed frame is beutifull. I love the big head board. It does sit very low on the floor but its ok because Im short and it makes it easier for me to get in and out of bed. The only thing is I thought it had like the slots to just put on a mattress but it needs a box spring so I had to buy one too. Other than that im so satisfied with my purchase. This is the second bed I have bought and very pleased.

   It was easy for me to build. The 4 slats that are included are those shown on the building instructions. Skinny little pieces of wood. “Slats” arent clear a clear description on weather I can put my mattress on it or I need box spring. Normally slats are an indicator for not needing a box spring. I am still unclear. I love the look and the price was great. I am just contemplating if I need to buy an additional item for support on these “slats”

   I was hesitant due to the mixed reviews, but I love it! It came in great condition. Easy instructions and assembly. I am female and put it together in maybe an hour. It is only a few inches from the ground, so keep that in mind when purchasing a box spring/mattress. I have a 9 inch box spring and will add a 12 inch mattress. This is with the headboard all the way up. I love it and highly recommend!

   The headboard is great but the frame is terribly made! The wood broke so now I have to get a new frame for the headboard! Very disappointed

   First, it came on it’s original delivery date, despite being pushed 3 days back. Get you some help cuz that box is HEAVY, and that’s mainly the headboard. Second, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS and make sure you have all your tools. It took me about 2 hours to put it together(alone), but I only had a drilling mishap that caused some time delay. It recommends using a drill for the base slats but honestly if you’ve never used one a regular screwdriver will do the job. *negative(there are no markings on the sideboards to know if you are lined up evenly…that would’ve been a time saver, but so would a measuring tape). Also if you know 100% the height of your box spring and mattress (together; measure before you put the headboard together) go ahead and tighten those screws on page one,otherwise you’re gonna worry about breaking the legs when you have to stand it up. After all said and done…im in love with this bed. The price was right, it wasn’t tooooo hard to put together, and I feel like a queen in it. It adds a real posh vibe to any bedroom and the low footboard allows for no obstructive view. Very happy with this purchase.

   My daughter (preteen) has had this bed for 6 months now. The bed itself is beautiful. The wood siding that holds the middle slats broke off 2 months ago. I got longer screws and drilled it back in just for it to break off again. It will not stay, she does nothing but lay in her bed. If she was being rough/jumping/ plopping down , etc. I could understand. My personal bed cost less than this and has lasted longer. I would not recommend.

   Updating to add. All the screws have come back out and will not screw back in.

   It’s very pretty! The hight is perfect for our Mattress. Honestly it looks a bit cheaply made on the back of the headboard, with the pressed wood and plywood, but that same bed from Ashley’s, made of the same materials goes for $1400, so I am pleased with this one. Even if this bed won’t last 10 years, I wouldn’t worry about it, because that price is great!

    This bed is very cute for the price! It took about an hour to assemble and it DOES need a boxspring! The slats in the middle aren’t very sturdy but with a boxspring I think they will be fine. The headboard isn’t wood but a more flimsy kind of material. I like that it adjusts but it does move back and forth if it’s not up against the wall (I feel like it would break if it was allowed to have room to move all the time) Although for the price this bed is excellent and it looks like it would be expensive! So far I’m happy with this product

    I ordered 2 different beds from upholsteredbedframe.com. This one was my least liked. It’s extremely low to the floor. Barely off the floor at all. The head board is only attached on the sides of the king and not in the middle so it’s wobbly. It’s to the point I worry about it breaking and tried to push the bed all the way the wall for support. The headboard is cute, I just don’t like the frame.
